Selecting the PopChart Server Install Folder

This screen allows you to choose the folder to which you wish to install PopChart Server. This documentation will henceforth refer to this folder as the PopChart Server root directory (not to be confused with the documentation root, which is usually the chart_root folder inside of your PopChart Server root directory).

If the default folder shown in the text box is not acceptable, you can type a new folder. Alternatively, you can browse to the install folder by selecting the Choose button.

Note: Make sure you have permission to install to the folder you choose. For example, on Linux-compatible systems, you will probably need to have root privileges to install to the /usr/local directory (this is why it defaults to your home folder instead of something more appropriate).

Once you have selected the install folder, press Next to continue.
