Administration Console Problems

This section contains troubleshooting tips for problems that occur with PopChart Server's Administration Console.

Unknown or Forgotten Administration Console Password

When you install PopChart Server, your password defaults to password.

If you have changed your password and forgotten it, you can locate your password by examining the contents of the config/PCAgent.cfg file. In the [PCISStartupArgs] section of this file, you will find a line similar to the following line:

-pw password

The string that follows -pw is your password (in this case, the word password). You can also change your password by changing this string.
