Using PopChart Embedder

Chapter 5

This chapter discusses the PopChart Embedder, a utility that helps you embed PopChart images into web pages. There are several versions of this utility, including Java, JavaBeans, JavaScript, and COM.

In Chapter 4, we introduced you to the PopChart Embedder and embedded a PopChart image using the JavaScript version of the PopChart Embedder. In this chapter, you will learn how to use the PopChart Embedder in a variety of environments. For each environment, we will show you how to migrate the code from Example 4.7 to the new environment.

You may find it beneficial to read the first section, "About the PopChart Embedder," but it is not required. After that, you should skip ahead to the section appropriate for your environment.

This chapter discusses using the PopChart Embedder in the following environments:

If you are looking for a comprehensive reference for the PopChart Embedder API, you should refer to Chapter 4 of the PopChart Server Reference manual.
