Choosing the Install Set

PopChart Server will give you four different installation option. Each option is customized for a different environment.

Note: The edition of PopChart Server that you are running (e.g. PopChart Server Enterprise, PopChart Server Pro) will depend on the license key you enter, not the install set.

Full Installation

This installs everything, including PopChart Server and PopChart Builder. It includes examples and documentation for both products. You will need 37 MB of hard drive space for this install set.

Server Only

This installs only PopChart Server. It includes examples and documentation for PopChart Server. You will need 13 MB of hard drive space for this install set.

Builder Only

This installs only PopChart Builder. It includes examples and documentation for PopChart Builder. You will need 31 MB of hard drive space for this install set.

Production Server

This installs PopChart Server for a production environment. No examples or documentation will be installed. On Windows NT/2000 and Mac OS X, PopChart Server is installed as a service. You will need 11 MB of hard drive space for this install set. If you choose this install set, make sure you are logged in as a user with Administrative privelleges.
